今天将域名转移到 Cloudflare 平台，又开通了 Cloudflare R2 存储服务，以后或许作为博客图床使用。
Cloudflare 作为赛博佛祖，提供了许多免费服务。至于为什么今天才将域名转入，是因为没有信用卡。
正好今天想起之前办过 OneKey Card 虚拟 Visa 卡，转了几十刀进去，成功开通，便在 Cloudflare 上绑定了它作为主要支付方式。一气呵成，基本上没什么阻碍，推荐大家尝试。

But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
Telegram has made it easier for its users to communicate, as it has introduced a feature that allows more than 200,000 users in a group chat. However, if the users in a group chat move past 200,000, it changes into "Broadcast Group", but the feature comes with a restriction. Groups with close to 200k members can be converted to a Broadcast Group that allows unlimited members. Only admins can post in Broadcast Groups, but everyone can read along and participate in group Voice Chats," Telegram added.
